How long does it take to get my pet illustration?

You will get your first draft within 7 working days of your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

Full color embroidered items and personalized jewelry take around 3-4weeks to process from order date (please note if there are multiple stages of revisions this will impact processing time)

Handcraft items take time but we promise it is worth the wait.

 

What do I do if I received my order but there is something wrong?

Please contact customer service at lovepetoryemail@gmail.com with photos and your order number explaining the issue and we will resolve it asap. 

How long does a replacement or return take to process?
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.
